It also allows us to build our own custom themes. File upload is also possible in surveys. I love the simplicity with which I can create forms within couple of minutes without any coding knowledge. The UI is very attractive and easy to use. No prior experience is required to use it.

Formester branding shows on every form on the free plan; remove it on Personal at $12 per month, billed annually.
Absolutely. You can create multi-step forms, conditional logic, calculations, approvals, and automated workflows effortlessly.
Export entries from WPForms via the WordPress dashboard (Entries, Export, CSV), then import the CSV into Formester through the Submissions tab. To recreate the form structure, paste the WPForms field list into the Formester AI generator or upload a PDF copy of the form. The migration takes under 30 minutes for a typical 10-field form.
Yes. Stripe and PayPal payments are available on the free plan. Card data is encrypted with AES-256 in transit through Stripe. WPForms gates Stripe to the Pro license at $199.50 per year and PayPal Commerce, Square, and Authorize.net to Elite at $299.50 per year.
Yes. Formester is GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA compliant per the Data Processing Agreement at formester.com/dpa. Customer data is not used for analytics, advertising, marketing, or product training. Server logs are retained for 30 days, account analytics for 90 days, and full data deletion is supported on account-deletion request. Formester does not currently hold SOC 2, ISO 27001, or HIPAA certification.
It depends on what "free" means to you. WPForms Lite is free forever for basic contact forms but does not include payments, conditional logic, or AI. Formester Free includes payments, AI form generation, and analytics but caps at 100 responses a month. Fluent Forms has a free version with broader feature coverage than Lite but is WordPress-plugin-only. JetFormBuilder offers a free Gutenberg-based plugin for developers. Tripetto's free tier is generous but is a self-hosted plugin model. Match the free-plan feature set to your real workload before deciding.
Yes. Quiz auto-scoring and summary analytics for choice, rating, picture, dropdown, scale, star, and ranking fields are built into Formester, not sold as a separate add-on. The Surveys & Polls add-on for WPForms is part of the Pro and Elite licenses; Formester ships the equivalent on Free.
Yes. Every Formester form has a public URL, an embed snippet, a QR code, popup, sidebar, side tab, popover, and fullscreen embed mode. You can deploy the same form on a WordPress site via the plugin, on a Webflow or Wix page via embed, or as a standalone link in an email signature. WPForms is a WordPress-only plugin and does not support standalone hosted forms.
